Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and accounting support to the executive team
  • Administer payroll for salaried employees
  • Manage and maintain all data for company pension plan
  • Manage intercompany billings, banking activity, bank reconciliations and process monthly journal entries
  • Prepare formal company correspondence
  • Coordinate logistics of senior leadership team, including meeting schedules/location, travel, accommodations
  • Coordinate social functions for staff such as holiday party, recognition dinners, and information meetings
  • In support of the President, screen incoming calls, while maintaining an open line of communication with the corporate office

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience administering payroll
  • Post-secondary education in a related program, e.g. accounting or business
  • Solid knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Previous experience with inter-company banking
