  • Bi-weekly hourly and salary payroll using ADP
  • Financial statement preparation
  • Account and bank reconciliations
  • Remittances
  • Assist with month-end and year-end


  • In order to be considered for this Accounting and Payroll Coordinator position you have and accounting diploma/degree
  • Working toward a designation CMA, CGA would be an asset
  • The ideal candidate for this role must have 2 plus years of experience in a payroll position
  • Experience with a large ERP system is also an asset
  • Proficient excel skills
