  • Oversee all HR functions at their multiple offices
  • Develop job descriptions, policies and procedures
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Network through industry events and associations
  • Communicate with Managers and employees regularly to establish rapport
  • New employee orientation and onboarding
  • Training
  • Health and safety coordination
  • Create and execute reward program for employees
  • Work in payroll, time and attendance, HRIS (not mandatory)


  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Payroll Certification is an asset, but not required
  • CHRP in progress an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Energetic and outgoing
  • High level of organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask
